Governance

Inspired by the group's Vision, Mission and Values, Itelyum Purification adopts a Code of Ethics that is addressed to all the subjects belonging to the Itelyum group and in particular to Itelyum Regeneration S.p.a, Itelyum Purification S.p.a. and their subsidiaries, whether they are direct employees or collaborators, and to any third party that collaborates or works on behalf of Itelyum.

It has adopted  The Organization, Management and Control Model according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which aims to prevent the risk of the commission of specific significant crimes, mainly in the field of corruption, extortion, fraud against the State, corporate crimes, receiving stolen property, manslaughter or serious culpable injury with violation of accident prevention regulations, serious environmental crimes, but also terrorism or crimes against the individual, market abuse and others. The established, autonomous and independent Supervisory Board is responsible for supervising the operation and compliance with the model itself, also identifying a corporate structure dedicated to internal audit.

Itelyum Purification establishes and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers based on partnerships, shared commitments and a transparent exchange of information and experiences. Its membership at the United Nations Global Compact confirms and renews the good practices, already inspired by the Code of Ethics, in the supply chain risk management (financial, technical and ethical) implemented defining some minimum requirements, non-negotiable, to be evaluated before entering the group supply chain.

All these elements are included in Policies, both at Group and local level, which are the basis of all the Management Systems implemented, giving substance to daily operations.
